For more than thirty years, from a small workshop on the edge of town, master Safet Fatkić has cast crests from molten aluminium — patiently, by hand, the way it was once done.
Every piece begins as a sketch on paper and a pattern, and ends as a casting meant to outlive generations. The aluminium is melted until it flows, poured into the mould, and patiently worked into lines, shields and symbols.
No two pieces are alike. State coats of arms, remembrance crests of the 5th Corps of the ARBiH, monuments, motivational sculptures, cast decorations and accessories — each carries the story of the one it was cast for.
The workshop is open for visits and consultations. Come, bring an idea, and together we will cast it.
